We make every effort to display products accurately, including images, descriptions, and prices. Product availability may vary; in case an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you immediately. Colours may appear differently due to monitor settings.
4. Prices
– All prices are shown in HUF, including applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
– We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
– Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
5. Ordering Process
- Add items to your cart.
- Enter the required personal and shipping information.
- Choose a payment method.
- Confirm your order.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to reject an order in case of:

– Suspected fraud
– Technical errors
6. Payment Methods
Currently, we only offer bank transfer (wire transfer) as a payment method.
6.1. Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you will receive an email with the bank account details required to complete the payment.
Please note:
– Your order will only be processed after the payment has been received in our bank account.
– When making the transfer, please include the order number in the payment reference field.
– If the payment is not received within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Bank transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Shipping & Delivery
– We deliver orders to the address provided during checkout.
– Delivery times depend on destination and courier service.
– You will be notified once your package is shipped.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Policy)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period starts: For physical goods: the day you receive the product.
How to exercise your right:
Send a clear statement to zsu@zsuatelier.com including:
– Your name
– Order number
– Product(s) being returned
– Date of purchase
You must return the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
9. Warranty & Complaints
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at zsu@zsuatelier.com within a reasonable time.
You may request:
– Repair
– Replacement
– Price reduction
– Refund (if the issue cannot be resolved)
We comply with all applicable EU consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible for:

– Minor differences in colour or appearance due to display settings
